Ha! I wear gloves too when I cut up onions! On the rare occasions that I don’t, usually because we’re out, I have a “bar” of stainless steel that will take the odors away.
I’m so glad I’m not the only one who does this!!!
And the soup looks fabulous. I love beans.
I have definitely been enjoying Delia’s soup of the day. One day when I have time to plan more I actually need to make a couple of those soups.

looks super yummy. I’ll have to add it to the mix of soups. In Ohio winter soups are a must, and anything I can get the hubby to try is a huge bonus!
